How has COVID-19 changed ticket bookings?

You may book 1 to 10 tickets for the event.

If you intend to sit together, you will need to purchase your tickets in one booking as seats will be arranged according to bookings, with space between.

Each ticket holder’s name, phone number and email address will be collected for contact tracing purposes, so ensure you have these before you begin.

Will the QLF be a COVIDSafe event?

Please have a look at our COVID-safe guidelines here: You’ll see that we have put a great deal of effort into ensuring the festival can go ahead in the safest way possible. Please help the volunteers by complying with their directions.

Can I get a refund?

If your event(s) are cancelled by the QLF, you will immediately be offered a refund of the ticket price. Please allow a few days for us to process this.

What fees are charged?

Trybooking booking fees: 2.5% processing fee + 50 cents per ticket. The QLF is unable to refund these fees.
